So I was looking for input on the feat Keenness of the Stone Giant, Specifically, the 'Stone Throw' portion of the feat which reads Thus:
Stone Throw. As a bonus action, you can take a rock and make a magical attack with it. The attack is a ranged spell attack with a range of 60 feet that uses the ability score you increased with this feat as the spellcasting ability. On a hit, the rock deals 1d10 force damage, and the target must succeed on a Strength saving throw (DC equals 8 + your proficiency bonus + the spellcasting ability modifier) or have the prone condition. You can use this bonus action a number of times equal to your proficiency bonus, and you regain all expended uses when you finish a long rest.
So my question is that with the above, would you be able to use the Stone Throw ability as a barbarian, while you are Raging, since raging specifies you cannot cast spells or concentrate on them However this ability doesn't actually say you cast a spell, merely make a spell attack by throwing the stone

Yea this is a "spell like ability" but not an actual spell so it shouldn't be hindered by Raging.
Anything magic-related that is not, specifically, casting a spell is still totally an option for a Barbarian. So, for example... as a Raging Barbarian, you could still use all the features of a Wand of Fear, because none of the things the wand lets you do are actually spells that you cast. Meanwhile, you couldn't use a Wand of Fireballs, because all it does is let you cast the spell Fireball.

I agree, since this doesn't require you to take the Cast a Spell action or use your concentration you are free to use this while raging.
