Let's assume i have a fighter with a Natural Attack that deals 1d4 +co damage. Let's assume i have the unarmed combat fighting style damage becomes di+ str. What happens, does It become 1d8 + choice between STR and co, or do i get 2 different bonuses?
They're separate calculations. You can take the 1d4+Str that natural weapons normally come with (or whatever your specific instance says), or you can have 1d6+Str.
If you're not willing or able to to discuss in good faith, then don't be surprised if I don't respond, there are better things in life for me to do than humour you. This signature is that response.
The Unarmed Fighting Style increases the damage dealt with your Unarmed Strikes by providing a new method of determining damage. Unarmed Strikes are Melee Weapon Attacks you can make when you attack without using a weapon. - https://www.dndbeyond.com/sources/basic-rules/combat#MeleeAttacks
Some Natural Weapons, like the Tabaxi's Cat's Claws feature, explicitly say they can be used to make Unarmed Strikes despite being a weapon. Most Natural Weapons however pack such an exception and can't.
The Dhampire 's Vampiric Bite feature also lacks this exception and, as noted earlier, specifically counts as a Simple Weapon as well.

None of the above.

Let's assume you know what they say about making assumptions and instead talk in facts.
The Dhampire lineage has the Vampire Bite feature which is a Natural Weapon that deals 1d4 + Constitution modifier damage.
This feature also states: "Your fanged bite is a natural weapon, which counts as a simple melee weapon with which you are proficient." - https://www.dndbeyond.com/sources/vrgtr/character-creation#DhampirTraits
