would Alchemical Savant from artificers alchemist and the life clerics Disciple of Life stack on a spell like good berry allowing it to be 1 + 5 + 2 +1 for 9 healing per berry?
Yes, that should work, as the Cleric feature does not distinguish what spell the healing comes from.
However, according to the Multiclass rules PHB p. 164, you can only cast Artificer spells with your Alchemist Tools for Alchemical Savant to work. So, this boost only works for Artificer spells and not Cleric Spells.
Also note that the bonus is only to one roll of a spell. goodberry doesn't have any rolls. Healing spells come in a few types, but often you make multiple rolls like aura of vitality or don't roll like heal. Again, neither are available to alchemists.
It looks like that benefit would only work on cure wounds, healing word, and mass healing word, as those seem to be the only healing spells with rolls on the alchemist list or artificer list.
Voras is correct that you must cast using the alchemist supplies to get the benefit, and that only works for artificer spells.

the way for me to get goodberry was to take the Mark of Hospitality Halfling which adds it to my spell list. and since cleric doesnt seem to care just as long as its a spell cast of 1st or higher. and i didnt see anything in alchemic savant that says it has to be an artificer or alchemist spell.

they get to use heal once per long rest at 15th level. does that mean their 5th level feature doesnt apply to their 15th?

Seems like you are right. The bonus is only to a single roll of a spell. Heal doesn't have any rolls. It would, on the other hand, benefit from disciple of life if you had multiclassed with life cleric.

unfortunately i think you might be right lol seems that busted combo is being held back by a few words. tho would it apply to their potions since they use spell slots for it?

I don't think so. You aren't casting a spell when you make one of those elixirs, even though they use spell slots. Just like a paladin isn't casting a spell when they smite. So no bonus to the roll on the healing or elemental damage elixirs.

Alchemical Savant says that "Whenever you cast a spell using your alchemist’s supplies as the spellcasting focus"
PHB p.164 Multiclassing says "Each spell you know and prepare is associated with one of your classes, and you use the spellcasting ability of that class when you cast the spell. Similarly, a spellcasting focus, such as a holy symbol, can be used only for the spells from the class associated with that focus."
As your alchemist's supplies are only a spellcasting focus for an Artificer and not for a Cleric, you cannot use them to cast Cleric spells.

Edit: and Goodberry is on neither spell list.
