I have a question. A Necromancer's Grim Harvest lets him recover hp equal to X2 (or X3 if necromancy) the level of the spell used to kill. Remarkable recovery (from Tal'Dorei) states that when you regain HP from class features, you gain extra hp equal to your Con modifier.
In case you kill someone with a cantrip, a lvl 0 spell, do you get the hp from Remarkable Recovery? I mean you technically get hp from Grim harvest, but it's 0. What do you think?
Grim Harvest actually says this: "Once per turn when you kill one or more creatures with a spell of 1st level or higher, you regain hit points equal to twice the spell’s level, or three times its level if the spell belongs to the School of Necromancy."
so your cantrip doesn’t trigger it, and therefore Remarkable Recovery also has no trigger.

When you regain 0 HP, you haven't regained any HP.
