i'm quite new to this but i have a warforged level 10 wizard level 1 sorcerer level 2 warlock multiclass if i add a cleric class and i reach level 17 can i use true resurrection or am i screwed?
You're screwed. You can only cast spells in each class up to the level that you'd normally be able to if all your other levels went away. Even if you use all 4 levels that you have left before level 17 on Cleric, you'd only be a level 4 Cleric, so you'd only be able to cast 1st and 2nd level spells.

Look at what you've done. You spoiled it. You have nobody to blame but yourself. Go sit and think about your actions.
Don't be mean. Rudeness is a vicious cycle, and it has to stop somewhere. Exceptions for things that are funny. Go to the current Competition of the Finest 'Brews! It's a cool place where cool people make cool things.

Just to add to this: You won't even have a 9th-level spell slot with that spread at level 17. It'll take you until level 19 to get that due to the Warlock levels not counting as spellcasting levels for multiclassing.
There is an exploit that would allow you to cast 9th level spells at level 19, but being an exploit you would need to clear it with your DM. It only works for spells with a casting time of 1 action so true ressurrection is out but you might be able to do womething with wish (with all the caveats to casting wish for something other than a level 1 to 8 spell).
If you take the cartomancer feat you can
"When you finish a long rest, you can choose one spell from your class’s spell list and imbue that spell into a card. The chosen spell must have a casting time of 1 action, and it must be a level for which you have spell slots. The card remains imbued with this spell for 8 hours. While the card is imbued with the spell, you can use a bonus action to flourish the card and cast the spell within. The card then immediately loses its magic."
Spells known and spells prepared are limited by "You determine what spells you know and can prepare for each class individually, as if you were a single-classed member of that class." but this does not apply to the spell you choose for cartomancer therefore RAW as long as you have a 9th level spell slot and at least one level in a class you can choose a 9th level spell from a clesses spell list.
