Sure, I don't see why not. But keep in mind that depending on DM ruling, you can't command your familiar while you're in the vessel. Extradimensional spaces (which the vessel is) can be argued to be an infinite distance away from other planes (since it's, you know, an entirely different plane of existence).
That’s actually a good tactic with chain pact. Have an imp and have them pick it up and transport you while invisible. Need to get over that wall of the bandit camp quietly? Let the invisible imp carry you in the ring (at higher levels the whole party can get in there). Or just need a safe space to rest in a dungeon?, let the imp hold the ring while invisible and hide
Are you on another plane of existence when inside your vessel? If you are, I don't think you can communicate with your familiar across planes of existence. You might be able to give the familiar instructions before entering the vessel, though.
Edit: Find Familiar doesn't explicitly list that you must be on the same plane of existence as your familiar to communicate with it the way that many other communication spells do. With that, I would say you're not precluded from communication with your familiar from inside your vessel by the text of the spell. But it's going to be up to the DM to decide how interplanar "distance" works.

Communication is limited to 100' as per the Find Familiar spell. The distance between two points on different planes is up to the DM but I'd usually rule it as infinite.
"While your familiar is within 100 feet of you, you can communicate with it telepathically. Additionally, as an action, you can see through your familiar's eyes and hear what it hears until the start of your next turn, gaining the benefits of any special senses that the familiar has. During this time, you are deaf and blind with regard to your own senses."
Even a chain pact warlock with the Voice of the Chain Master invocation is limited to the same plane of existence.
So, either way, the warlock has no way to communicate with the familiar outside the vessel when they are inside. If I was running this the warlock could give detailed instructions to an imp or other intelligent familiar and expect them to be carried out but in the case of a regular familiar with limited intelligence, I'd only allow the simplest of instructions to be given to the familiar.
While not a definitive answer, and totally up to DM’s discretion, you can hear what’s going on outside your vessel. This could be enough for them to decide you are within the required distance
While inside, you can hear the area around your vessel as if you were in its space.
Thank you all, it has been very helpful and yeah I wouldn't be able to communicate with my familiar but I could give preset directions. Just trying to be creative as possible to spice up the campaign so than you all!

As the title says, can my Genie warlock disappear into my vessel and then have my raven familiar pick up the ring?

I think it is more interesting to have to trust the familiar, who would be under the control of the DM.
