On spells no matter what I have my wisdom at it Dosent change the hit/dc
ex: my wisdom is 20 but vicious mockery only has a attack/save of wis15 how do I increase that
The save attribute printed in a spell’s description is the attribute rolled by the target, but the DC is determined by the caster’s casting stat, which if you’re using Vicious Mockery pretty much has to be CHA. That stat is used for determining the DC of all saves on spells you learned from leveling that class.
On your character sheet, the "hit" is determined by your casting stat (if you are a bard then it's CHA. Only Clerics and Druids cast with their Wisdom). The "DC" (the number) is also determined by your casting stat, but the ability that the target uses when they roll their saving throw is determined by the spell (the ability score listed underneath the number).
If you are not a bard but got this spell via something like Magic Initiate Feat then your casting stat and DC would be determined by the class you got your spells from (again, in this case Bard)

Your Spell Attack Bonus and Spell Save DC are based on YOUR spellcasting ability. The type of save the spell forces determines what ability the TARGET uses for their saving throw. Each class will have its spellcasting ability listed as part of the class description in the Players Handbook/Basic Rules. If you're casting Vicious Mockery, odds are you're a Bard, which would make Charisma your spellcasting ability. Your Spell Attack Bonus and Spell Save DC will only increase when a) your Charisma modifier increases, or b) your Proficiency Bonus increases.
Bards, Paladins, Sorcerers and Warlocks use Charisma.
Clerics, Druids, Rangers use Wisdom.
Magic Initiate uses the class you choose the spell - so some spells lets you decide, i.e. whether you are taking the Bard version or the Druid Version.

Are you a bard?… because those use Charisma for spellcasting.
