I was wondering. If a druid where to use Conjure Animals and conjured lets say 8 velociraptors. Could they then use wild shape and turn into a velociraptor as well and then try and hide within the pack?
Yes. But your opponents should get a perception check to find you. Also, any creature by Conjure Animals, particularly 8 of them, would be a relatively weak use of Wild Shape. Generally the HP gain is much better than an improved version of Mirror Image.
I mean, I can think of a few reasons a person may use Wild Shape that way. Trying to deceive an enemy by making them unsure of which is actually the druid. Trying to move through an area where the animals are naturally found and making it look like a pack/herd of animals passing through naturally. Not running Moon Druid, meaning they can only be up to CR 1/2 anyway (Conjure Animals is usable at 5th level).

For combat, certainly. Conjure Animals lasts up to an hour though, so this trick might be useful for other things. As near as I can tell there's no limitations on how far the conjured animals can be from you while the spell lasts. So if you were, say, caught by the local thieves' guild performing an unlicensed heist, you could force them to chase 9 zebras all over town instead of fighting (or better yet, 9 crows once your level is high enough).
