Can I have proficiency in both tinker's tools and an extra artisan's tool if I am a half-orc level 1 barbarian with a folk hero background? I already have proficiency with tinkers' tools, and I want to add an extra artisans tool to my proficiencies. Can I do that in the 2014 Edition?
