In the event that a character is dual wielding vex weapons (or by some means has the means to attack with vex weapons twice, as is the case with Soul Knife, for example) does the property "stack"?
Basically, i wanna confirm if this is an accurate and valid order of operations:
Turn 1
Action, soul knife A, hit provides Vex for soul knife B
Bonus action, soul knife B, hit provides hex for either opportunity attack Soul Knife C, or turn 2 soul knife A
The Vex Mastery cause you to have Advantage on your next attack roll against that creature before the end of your next turn, which can be of any type (melee, ranged, spell, weapon etc) including Vex weapon.
If by stacking you mean having Advantage on consecutive attack rolls because you're successfully hitting with your Psychic Blades, then yes, your example is legit.

Yes in hindsight, the word i was probably looking for was "chaining", lol
Then your chaining is a great combo! ;)
