I have a question on a third party feat called flash recall. It states that “You’ve developed the ability to instantly recall an unprepared spell in moments of sudden necessity. As a bonus action, you prepare a spell of 1st level or higher from your spellbook (if you’re a wizard) or from your class spell list (if you’re not a wizard). This spell must be of a level for which you have spell slots, and it replaces another spell of an equal or higher level that you had previously prepared.
Once you use this feat to recall a spell, you can’t do so again until you complete a short or long rest.”
i have a wizard and they use this feat to recall polymorph. They say they’re not required to make concentration checks to maintain their polymorph through this spell. However, I don’t see it in the wording. Am I missing something here? Any help would be appreciated.
If that's the entirety of the feat, then I don't see any reason why they'd be right. It looks like a spell that you prepare with that feat should be prepared just like if you had chosen it at the start of the day.
Look at what you've done. You spoiled it. You have nobody to blame but yourself. Go sit and think about your actions.
Don't be mean. Rudeness is a vicious cycle, and it has to stop somewhere. Exceptions for things that are funny. Go to the current Competition of the Finest 'Brews! It's a cool place where cool people make cool things.

They are wrong, this feat just lets you change you spells prepared on the fly, it doesn't change anything about how the spells work, it doesn't even let them cast the spell as part of the bonus action.

Flash recall doesn't change the spellcasting rules for the swapped spell.
