The 10th level subclass feature for the Diviner Wizard subclass (“The Third Eye”) states “As a bonus action, choose of the following benefits…” meaning that the choosing of one of the three benefits is done as a bonus action. However, on the character builder on D&D beyond, it makes you choose ONE of the options at level 10 and you can’t pick one of the other two as a bonus action. Am I misinterpreting the rule or is it a simple error on the character builder?
Character creator error; you should have all those options available until you take a bonus action to use the Third Eye feature, at which point you cannot use the feature to gain a different benefit until you've taken a rest.
