In the 2014 version of Protection from Poison, it states:
You touch a creature. If it is poisoned, you neutralize the poison. If more than one poison afflicts the target, you neutralize one poison that you know is present, or you neutralize one at random.
In the 2024 version:
You touch a creature and end the Poisoned condition on it.
There is no text in the 2024 version stating only one poison gets nullified. Does this mean that the 2024 version neutralizes all poisons affecting the target?

It just means the spell removes the Poisoned condition from the target. If any poisons in the target's system have other effects, the spell wouldn't impact those

Potentially, though most of those will have the caveat that the additional effects are contingent on the subject having the Poisoned condition. Like, the Burnt Othur Fumes in the '24 DMG don't use the condition, so by RAW the new PfP can't affect it at all, while the Carrion Crawer Mucus inflicts both Poisoned and Paralyzed, but the latter is contingent on the former, so PfP would end both conditions.

The spell does also give resistance to poison damage, so it wouldn't be completely worthless against something like Burnt Othur Fumes

That's how I understand the new text too: it just nullifies the Poisoned condition.
