[...] Or Elemental Fury wouldn't be applicable on magic stone?
The most cautious answer is ask your DM.
So I'm just leaving my ruling here: I think not, because the damage from Magic Stone (the same should apply to Shillelagh) doesn't come from the cantrip itself but from the weapon attack made after casting it.
Potent Spellcasting. Add your Wisdom modifier to the damage you deal with any Cleric cantrip.

So I've been thinking on how a Ranger 5 / Druid 7 would do it's damage with the magic stone cantrip when trown by a sling
Would it be 1d20 + 2 (From Archery Fighting Style) + Spell Casting Attck Bonus in order to hit
1st Attack From a Sling
1d6 (magic stone) + Same Ability mod + Elemental Fury (Druid 7)
2d Attack
1d6 (magic stone) + Same Ability mod + Elemental Fury (Druid 7)
