Hi. so my question is. if some one create a simulacrum from himself with a wish, the nex day he able to do it again without the previous one destroyet, and have an infinite amount of simulacrum this way? and the simulacrum is can teach humans how to use magic? i mean he carries the players memory, skills ect. and can act like a human being or just like an empty construct shell with the stats of the humanoid?
thanks to your answers and sorry to bother with my silly things

Casting the spell using Wish doesn't really matter. The spell's effect is the relevant part: "...If you cast this spell again, any simulacrum you created with it is instantly destroyed"

I'd say teaching others falls under DM's territory.
Just a note: the spell says it can't cast this spell.

You could always cast Wish and ask for a Simulacrum which can coexist with your current one, altering reality... You can ask for anything with Wish, really, but it's risky and it comes with consequences. I doubt a DM would allow it, because at the end of the day, they decide if your wish is granted or not, but you can at least try.
