Yes you can if the spell doesn’t consume its materials and doesn’t specify a cost for them. You must have a hand free to access Material components, but it can be the same hand used to perform Somatic components.
Somatic (S): A spellcaster must use at least one of their hands to perform these movements.
Material (M): The spellcaster must have a hand free to access them, but it can be the same hand used to perform Somatic components, if any. If a spell doesn’t consume its materials and doesn’t specify a cost for them, a spellcaster can use a Component Pouch instead of providing the materials specified in the spell, or the spellcaster can substitute a Spellcasting Focus if the caster has a feature that allows that substitution.
Worth pointing out that technically War Caster doesn't apply here, as it allows performing somatic components when you have weapons or a shield in both hands, and Arcane Grimoire and Wand of Web are not shield or weapons.
But Plaguescarred is correct that if a spell has both somatic and material components, you can use the same hand for both, you don't need both hands available. And both of those items can be used as spellcasting focuses by Wizards, so if you're holding both you can use either hand for this.
Hi
Short question about magic components.
I play a Wizard for many sessions now but always keeped one hand free for casting.
The situation is: Wizard with War Caster Feat and Arcane Grimoire +1.
My question is could i still cast with Somatic and material components, if i hold a wand (e.g. Wand of Web) in the second hand?

If the spell consume its materials or specify a cost for them, then you'll have to stow one of your magic item and access it specifically.
Yeah, that's true. Probably the wand, so you still get the spellcasting boost from the book.

Ok thanks.
yeah i would drop the wand. For me the wands are more toys for creative play.
At the moment i have a wand of web and a wand of wonders to play around with
