Just to be clear, Origin Feats have always been part of a character's background; the concept of Origin Feats was introduced with the 2024 Player's Handbook last year and each of the backgrounds in that book have a specific one assigned to them.

When making a new character ... there doesn't appear to be an option for an Origin Feat?
Have they been removed?
My older character still has Lucky as feat but it does seem to come from nowhere?
They are attached to your Background, you get them through choosing it.
