A Light Domain Cleric is able to cast Warding Flare (Improved Warding Flare from 6th level):
Warding Flare
When a creature that you can see within 30 feet of yourself makes an attack roll, you can take a Reaction to impose Disadvantage on the attack roll, causing light to flare before it hits or misses.
"Grapple" does not require an attack roll but a Strength or Dexterity saving throw
Is there any way Warding Flare can be used against a Grappleing attempt?
As wagnarokkr say, not possible by default, but there's a way it can if the Grapple is part of an attack, such as a RoperTentacule or Giant CrabClaw action.

No, because grappling isn't an attack roll. There is nothing to impose disadvantage on.
