I'd like to have a handout for a new campaign (with a few beginners) that clearly shows the list of Actions and Conditions in the 2024 rules.
I found the "D&D 5E Actions Cheat Sheet (2024)" at the DM's Guild, and I love the style and size, but I'd also like to have Conditions (even if it's on another sheet).
Has anyone seen something like this? My searches have turned up oodles of complicated and/or dense cheat sheets, but very few simple ones.

Since I couldn't find anything, I put together a crude Conditions cheat sheet using the text from the SRD.
I'd be happy to see someone with artistic and/or layout skills improve this.
