The way I would rule this personally is if you go invisible and move within the range of a creature with tremorsense you would make a stealth roll vs its passive perception. if you pass you are hidden with all the benefits, if you fail the creature will know you are there and you won't get the advantage if you attack, however the creature with tremorsense would still have disadvantage on the attack against the invisible target if it relies on vision to see.
