I want to get a magic item that makes me immune to gaze attacks and blindness, but I am not sure what rarity an item like this would be, any ideas. Also what material components would you think I would need to get to have the item crafted, the eye of a basilisk, and the ears of a dire bat come to mind, do you think those would be good material components.
I am asking as my character wants to get a robe of eyes as he is a part of the city watch and a follower of the god Helm, wants to be able to see people breaking the laws of the land, even if his back is turned.
