I have been looking and looking and can't seem to find anything 5e. I have found and remembered tons of stuff from 3.5e. There were magic items for druids, Hengeyokai magic armor from Oriental Adventures, stuff for other types of shapeshifters. All I have found so far is a Pathfinder Amulet.
What are magic items that retain effects when transformed into a wolf or maybe a druid transformed into beast would be better since they would work the same???
Mainly, I am wanting to make wolf attacks magical and boost AC. Since items worn meld with form or fall off. I have always seen it be the rule that magic items worn when melded lose bonuses. It is not my game so I can't change the rules.
At least for Druids, it's up to them whether or not to merge objects into the new form, but they could be worn too:
Objects. Your ability to handle objects is determined by the form’s limbs rather than your own. In addition, you choose whether your equipment falls in your space, merges into your new form, or is worn by it. Worn equipment functions as normal, but the DM decides whether it’s practical for the new form to wear a piece of equipment based on the creature’s size and shape. Your equipment doesn’t change size or shape to match the new form, and any equipment that the new form can’t wear must either fall to the ground or merge with the form. Equipment that merges with the form has no effect while you’re in that form.
As DM, I'd allow wearing bracelets (e.g. Bracers of Defense), necklaces, rings, or cloaks while Wild Shaped for beasts following the rule "[...] based on the creature’s size and shape [...] Your equipment doesn’t change size or shape to match the new form [...]"
For example, IMO, an Ape could wear a bracelet or a necklace, and a Wolf could wear a necklace as well, or even a cloak.
Also, this is from the 2024 DMG:
Unusual Anatomy. Use your discretion to decide whether a creature can wear an item not made for its anatomy. A ring placed on a tentacle might work, but a yuan-ti with a snakelike tail instead of legs can’t wear magic boots.
At least for Druids, it's up to them whether or not to merge objects into the new form, but they could be worn too:
I seem to recall a magic item in 3.x that retained its bonuses while wildshaped and merged into the animal form. I think that is the kind of thing that the OP is looking for. However, I do not recognize a Pathfinder's Amulet from anywhere.

How to add Tooltips.
My houserulings.
Pathfinder Amulet is not name of item. The item is a amulet from Pathfinder. Amulet of Mighty Fists.
Ya it looks like I am going to be trying to talk dm into using 3.x items since no item seems to exist in 5e.
That sounds like +X Handwraps of Unarmed Power but again, it would need to be worn. Handwraps (Pawwraps?) should be pretty accommodating though.
