Assuming your weapon has the knick property, so from my understanding RAW you get an extra attack from knick that's part of the Attack action and another one from Dual Wielder
You get an extra attack from the dual wielder feat, but is that instead of or on top of the normal extra attack from the light property?
If you have the Nick weapon mastery property and you're using an appropriate weapon, then yes.
Both the Light property and the Dual Wielder feat give you a means of making an attack as a bonus action. Since you can only take one bonus action per turn, you normally can't use them both on the same turn. However, the Nick weapon mastery lets you make the Light property's bonus action attack as part of the Attack action, leaving your bonus action for that turn free to use for something else, which could be the bonus action attack from Dual Wielder.
Mattrooper, if it's useful for you, Plaguescarred also wrote this nice summary mixing the Nick Weapon Mastery, Light Property, and the feats Dual Wielder and Two-Weapon Fighting Style:
To me the investments are consequent when wielding two weapons;
Unitiated Wielder: 1 attack with a Light weapon as Attack Action, 1 extra attack with a different Light weapon as a Bonus Action with no damage mod.
Nick Master: 1 attack with a Light weapon and 1 extra attack with a different Light weapon as Attack Action with no damage mod.
Two-Weapon Fighter: 1 attack with a Light weapon, 1 extra attack with a different Light weapon as a Bonus Action with no damage mod.
Dual Wielder: 1 attack with a Light weapon as Attack Action, 1 extra attack with a different non-Two Handed melee weapon as a Bonus Action with no damage mod.
Nick Master Two-Weapon Fighter: 1 attack with a Light weapon as Attack Action and 1 extra attack with a different Light weapon as Attack Action with no damage mod.
Dual Wielder Two-Weapon Fighter: 1 attack with a Light weapon as Attack Action, 1 extra attack with a different non-Two Handed melee weapon as a Bonus Action with no damage mod.
Dual Wielder Nick Mastery: 1 attack with a Light weapon and 1 extra attack with a different Light weapon as Attack Action with no damage mod., 1 extra attack with a different non-Two Handed melee weapon as a Bonus Action with no damage mod.
Two-Weapon Fighter Dual Wielder Nick Master: 1 attack with a Light weapon and 1 extra attack with a different Light weapon as Attack Action, 1 extra attack with a different non-Two Handed melee weapon as a Bonus Action with no damage mod.

No, since both require a bonus action you can only have one Bonus Action at a time. So in this case your off hand weapon can be another weapon with the Light property or any weapon that doesn't have the two handed property.
Now if you wanted that bonus action on top of the Light Property extra attack, you would need to either select a class that has Martial Property or choose the Feat of the same name and use the Nick property. That way you get an extra attack from Nick and Dual Wielder as a bonus action. The limitation is your off hand weapon has to have the light property.
