Can potent cantrip from the druid work with produce flame?
You mean the Evoker level 3 subclass feature Potent Cantrip? If you're a wizard 3 Evoker/Druid X (or even a Wizard 3 Evoker with Magic Intiate (Druid)), potent cantrip works on all your cantrips. Potent Cantrip just says "Your damaging cantrips affect even creatures that avoid the brunt of the effect. When you cast a cantrip at a creature and you miss with the attack roll or the target succeeds on a saving throw against the cantrip, the target takes half the cantrip's damage (if any) but suffers no additional effect from the cantrip." As long as you're doing the casting and its a cantrip, it qualifies.
I think you mean Elemental Fury. In which case, the damage increase from the level 7 feature will work, but the level 15 option which increases the range will not work, because it applies only to cantrips with a range of 10+ feet or greater, and the range of Produce Flame is Self.
