Absolutely and I don't think it's legal. However, it made me realize that there is no built-in limit on the slot. If there is a way to increase the number of Wild Shape uses available, things can get out of hand. For example, many of the possible results of a Wish are up to the DM to decide and, at first glance, Wishing for extra Wild Shape uses per day seems pretty tame and a DM may (or may not) allow you to gain an extra 1 or more use per day per Wish. On the other hand, that is a lot to go through to break the Spellcasting system.

Not really, it's one wish spell, and then you can get tenth-level spell slots.
But past that, the DM would catch on with what you are doing, and put an end to it
but still, tenth-level spell slot, that's too powerful
