So.... Going through Fizband's Treasury Monster Entries... I noticed that the space to the right of Armor Class normally reserved for Initiative modifiers was completely missing for all entries in this title. This extends into any Game Rule searches for monsters exclusive to Fizban's, including Aspect of Bahamut, Aspect of Tiamat, and all Greatwyrm dragon entries.
Has anyone else who owns this title realized this? Is there another place that has updated/corrected this information?
Initiative on stat blocks was added from the 2024 Monster Manual onwards. Prior to that, it wasn't included. For example compare the 2014 goblin boss (no initiative listed) to the 2024 goblin boss.
The information you're looking for is just their Dexterity modifier

If you want consistency, you might want to give the dragons and other high-CR monsters Proficiency or Expertise in initiative.
No, that's not what they're asking
2024 stat blocks explicitly list out initiative bonus
2014 stat blocks do not
The examples I presented have the exact same initiative bonus, just the 2024 versions displays it
If they want the proficiency bonus displayed, they'll need to make a homebrew copy of the monster and change the stat block type from 2014 to 2024
For example here's the Adult Crystal Dragon as it currently displays
Now if I make a homebrew copy and flip the stat block type
It now displays initiative bonus
