Sling Combo?

I was wondering if magic stone and two-birds sling are compatible?

 Yes Magic Stone  would definitely apply on the initial attack when hurled with a two-birds sling. which you should have a +1 bonus to attack and damage rolls made with it.

Ask your DM if the weapon modifier will apply to the ranged spell attack of Magic Stone. Not everyone agrees that adding it is appropriate so discussing it ahead of time avoids surprises.

I believe there was a related discussion on whether True Strike was a weapon attack, spell attack, or both. Those that claimed it was both claimed that you could benefit from the bonuses from, for example, a +3 weapon and a +3 Arcane Grimoire at the same time. Not everyone will allow that so discuss it before you depend on it.
