I think raw, the space inside a bag of holding does not move, however, it doesnt move because its a pockef dimension, and i dont think aoe's and spell effects go outside pocket dimensions, nor can trigger by things outside the dimension.
If you can get into the bag of holding, you could have the glyph cast a buff spell on you and do concsntrstion, etc. And then you have to get back out. Which i think is more than a simple object interaction.
Its more like getting on and off of a mount
So if you want to use it for buffing, you could do it before combat when you have time, but in combat, id say it takes your free object interaction plus a utilize action, plus basically all your movement, to get in and out of the bag.
This isn't the sort of thing they generally rule on. (Really, that's most things, but never mind.)
In particular, by the rules there is no specified answer whether the inside of a bag of holding counts as moving for the glyph. My inclination is to say it does, because the inside of the bag moves with the outside of the bag*, but that's a table ruling. A DM that rules that it doesn't because the glyph is in an extradimensional space isn't wrong.
* The fact that there are people talking about using this to work around the concentration limits is definitely a factor, I admit. The reasonable uses for putting a glyph in your bag (protecting your stuff) are outweighed by the attempt to break the game.
I think this needs to be locked down by the higher ups. I have heard both yes and no that this can be done.
If the space inside the bag moves then this wont work....10ft rule.
If Its a static pocket dimension it does not move and it works.
For as many yes I have heard I have read as many no.
