Can multiclass characters gain Epic Boons

 Assuming you mean at 19th level with regards to Epic Boons, because you are not taking that at any of the above Feat levels.

That's implied in "for which you qualify". You need to be character level 19 to get an Epic Boon, that's the requirement you need to meet to qualify.
