Fey Touched Command DC

Hi all. I've built a level 8 sorcerer and picked fey touched with the Command spell. On the spell section DC for all of the other spells is the same, but for Command the DC is listed as one less. Also, Command is the only spell that isn't listed under higher spells as being able to be upcast. Are these UI glitches or is there something mechanically that I'm overlooking about the feat and spell?

 Is this counting your Innate Sorcery feature? Fey-Touched does not make Command a Sorceror Spell (it is not on the Sorceror spell list, and Fey-Touched doesn't add it to your spell list), so it would not benefit from the +1DC from Innate Sorcery.

 Is this counting your Innate Sorcery feature? Fey-Touched does not make Command a Sorceror Spell (it is not on the Sorceror spell list, and Fey-Touched doesn't add it to your spell list), so it would not benefit from the +1DC from Innate Sorcery.

 This is without Innate Sorcery. My DC is 8 + 3 (proficiency) + 4 (modifier) + 1 Bloodwell Vial. I'm really confused where the -1 is coming from with Command.

Oh, wait a minute. It's the Bloodwell Vial, isn't it?

Yes. The Bloodwell Vial only affects Sorcerer spells, and as Squirrelloid pointed out, Command is not a Sorcerer spell.

Yes. The Bloodwell Vial only affects Sorcerer spells, and as Squirrelloid pointed out, Command is not a Sorcerer spell.
