just checking is there a way to change critical hit ranges on magic items in dnd beyonds homebrew

party recently defeated langdedrosa in tyranny of dragons module and they dont have many magic items so i want to give them his sword as a magic weapon with the crit range ability he has generally but i dont know how to change critical hit ranges or if you can do it saw a post from 2020 saying you cant but dont know if it changed.

At a guess I'd say that if it wasn't possible before then that's likely still the case. But I'd suggest that you head over to the homebrew forum as this type of question is more their thing, and they are really good at it.
