What DC would be used for 2024 Charms that don't have a listed DC (such as a Charm of Animal Conjuring's casting of Conjure Animals)?
I can see the following 2 options, although neither quite fits.
Option 1: Use a set DC:
Earlier (Pre-2024) Sourcebooks:
DC 16 (Candlekeep Mysteries)
Charm of the Shadow Glass
DC 15 (varies)
Charm of the Mirage (Candlekeep Mysteries)
Dark Gift of Norganas, the Finger of Oblivion (Curse of Strahd)
Charm of Euryale (The Book of Many Things)
Charm of the Gem (The Book of Many Things)
DC 8 + your Proficiency Bonus + your Intelligence, Wisdom, or Charisma modifier (The Book of Many Things)
Charm of the Jester
Charm of the Moon
Charm of the Puzzle
Charm of the Rogue
Charm of the Skull
Charm of the Star
Charm of the Sun
Charm of the Talons
Charm of the Throne
Charm of the Void
DC 8 + your Proficiency Bonus + your Intelligence modifier (The Book of Many Things)
Charm of the Sage
2024 Sourcebooks: So far, none of the newly revised core 2024 rulebooks or subsequent 2024 modules introduce new supernatural charms with unique hardcoded DCs.
Option 2: Use the 2024 rules for Magic Items:
A magic item may require the user to use their own spellcasting ability when casting a spell from the item. If the user has more than one spellcasting ability, the user chooses which one to use with the item. If the user doesn't have a spellcasting ability, their spellcasting ability modifier is +0 for the item, and the user's Proficiency Bonus applies.
DC 8 + 0 + Proficiency Bonus
--------
A Supernatural Charm is a blessing bestowed upon a soul, not a physical Magic Item, meaning the specific Magic Item rule regarding a +0 modifier does not directly apply by default. Because the core text for Charms simply says "you can cast the spell" without specifying a unique hardcoded DC or a specific ability score (like Charisma or Wisdom), a mechanical gap exists for non-spellcasters.
My guess is that it would make the most sense to use the pre-202 ruling allowing the use of your Intelligence, Wisdom, or Charisma modifier (since Charms are not magic items).
I am looking for official 2024 rules (if available), rather than a Homebrewed decision.

The rules you have are all there are, and there is no defined DC or formula. It is not unreasonable to assume that the DC will be a property determined by the entity that grants the ability, but there's no official answer, just homebrew.
