If a Goliath grapples someone and then Cloud Jaunts does the grappled person go with them?

I would probably rule "no" because the description says "you magically teleport" (emphasis mine) but TBH the description doesn't address the question.

Well, typically, either member of a grapple teleporting breaks the grapple, so I'd rule that.

Sure it does. It says that the Goliath teleports and doesn't mention anything about bringing anyone else along and thus only the Goliath teleports. 

This is covered by the general rules for Teleportation.

When you teleport, all the equipment you’re wearing and carrying teleports with you. If you’re touching another creature when you teleport, that creature doesn’t teleport with you unless the teleportation effect says otherwise.
