We hit level 8 tonight in my group and I went to make my ability score improvement. It worked for str but not for con. I went in to check why con didn't go up and noticed that what I thought was my con doesn't seem to be the case? There is no racial modifiers or anything, but there is a "set score" and I can't find how to get rid of this or why it's there.
I'm quite confused now too, because my rolled number says 17, the set score is 19, and I've been under the impression it was 19 for a long time now. What is the set score coming from? How do I adjust and go forward, since I thought I'd be at 20 con with this upgrade?
Oh, dang you're right. I have an amulet of health! Ok, improvement suggestion then - make that set score clickable so it can show you what it's from, so forgetful people like me can go "oh, yeah..." :D

A set score typically occurs from having equipment that sets your ability stat to a certain level. E.g. An Amulet of Health sets your Con to 19.
