Hi, I've read the handbook, but I didn't find this information, does an arcane trickster Rogue has a Spellbook? That means that he has to carry it but that he can use for Ritual casting and also add new spells.
Yeah, I know, but I'm multiclass I took 1 lvl of trickster cleric ;-)
That will only let you cast cleric spells as rituals and with a focus. Only spells slots are effected by multiclass, the rest follow the restrictions of the single class.

Many thanks for your help
no, they don't. They are like paladins and rangers who just know their spells.
Also of note: arcane tricksters can not cast spells as rituals or use an arcane focus.

I'm finding very interesting this new char I've: wood elf, urchin, 1 lvl trickster cleric, arcane trickster rogue. Many skill, weapon armor, 6 cantrip, 3 slots, 8 ready spells, I'm loving it!

Arcane trickster can however take the feat ritual caster and boom.... all the utility ritual spells become available.
Yes, yes they certainly can, and I did that myself with my Arcane Trickster :)
But it's still not part of the base subclass, and you still can't use an arcane focus.
