So, there was this one area [SPOILERS, by the way] in Tomb of Annihilation that rends all nonmagical cloth, leather, wood, and metal useless. Well, I was using a Warforged Fighter at this part, and didn't know at the time of what would happen. This was a tough ruling for my DM at the time, because my character is ALL of these, for the most part. So, what would the ruling be for a Warforged to enter this area? Just rending the AC? Or no penalty, for some reason?
Well, Warforged are described: "While they are formed from stone and steel, warforged are living humanoids."
So unless the natural armor of other monsters or races are also effected... At worst, your AC shouldn't drop below darkwood core. You can always say that your very existence is born from magic, and parts of your body are not the same as "dead metal."

The last part is true, because all they have to do to change their armor alloy is just meditate during a long rest, as far as I know. So, magic materials in the body is plausible.
PS, I do personally find the ruling at the time was a little deserved, since his racial feats thwarted a lot of threats from the DM, such as not needing air, high AC, and being immune to disease. Muh guy needed to apparently be taken down a peg.
I believe the official ruling would be that nothing happens. Those things are objects and a Warforged is a humanoid. They are unaffected by effects that target objects.
As for the Anti-Magic field thing, we can just say that they can't shift around their materials like they could, and that'd be about it. It's already shaped armor at the point of entry, right?
An anti-magic field won't effect the Warforged in any way. It is forged with magic, but none of its features require or create a magical effect, so there is nothing to be suppressed by the field.

Also, if a warforged body does count as having magical components (which I'd agree with), what happens if you get caught in an anti-magic field?
Don't think about it too hard.
