I have yet to find a monster other then the kobold scale sorcerer that has sorcery points. Is there another I don't know about?
I find id sad that there are no other creatures with sorcery points, because it is a unique and interesting mechanic that could be used for some other monsters. I would really like to see more monsters that can alter their spell, it's nice for surprising players who thought they knew what the creature was capable of.
It's the only creature in the books called a Sorcerer, so no surprise really. You can easily add some sorcerer levels to an enemy though, or just take a random mage-type enemy and give it some Sorcery points and a few metamagic options. In a recent game I converted an enemy wizard into a sorcerer - resulting in a slippery character to capture since she could Misty Step even when bound and gagged.
