My player is planning on using planar ally during combat (necklace of prayer beads...).

What kind of ally would Bahamut (her patron deity) send?

I'd probably either send a couatl or reskin a dragon of appropriate CR as an "angelic" dragon or something (e.g. take a gold dragon and swap the fire out for radiant, etc.).

Or to add some possible humor, Bahamut could send a stat-quivalent young adult dragon that looks like a pseudodragon.
