Was wondering what the standard is like for saddling a horse, and if there's a scale up based on mount size? Like if saddling a horse takes 5 minutes, maybe it'd be 10 minutes for a huge saddle and 20 minutes for a gargantuan one.
I haven’t been able to find D&D rules for the time it takes to saddle a horse... IRL it looks like it’s doable in just a few minutes, based on what YouTube videos show.

You can treat it like light, medium, and heavy armor. 1 minute, 5 minutes, 10 minutes depending on mount size and divided by helpers.
