If a force of nature entity were to equip a Headband of Intellect, what would happen?
Take, for example, Tharizdun, CE god of destruction. His goal is single-minded: destroy everything down to the atom. It can be assumed he is more a force of nature than an actual person- let alone entity. If his intelligence was suddenly boosted to 19, how would that affect the realm?
I don't think much... Tharizdun might be crazy, but that doesn't necessarily mean he has low intelligence. As a God the shift in intelligence would probably be negligible...
The real trick is to give it to your team's Animal Companion, and now suddenly that llama you bought as a joke at the start of the campaign is your team's new spellcaster.

I'd be more worried about the melee fighter class who built their character with INT 8 trying to multiclass Wizard.

That is against the rules. From the official SA compendium:
Would a temporary stat bump fulfill a multiclass prerequisite, or does the base score have to meet the requirement? Your base score, not a temporary score, has to meet a multiclassing prerequisite.

Okay, so Llorenza Llamas can't use his boost in intellect to become a spellcaster, but you could probably turn him into a decent Monk.

In 5E, I don't think Tharizdun even has a stat block. Remember, ability scores can go up to 30, I doubt this tem would raise Tharizdun's INT.

He's a god. His INT is already well over that given by a Headband of Intellect.
