So my Druid owns and is attuned to the Pennant of the Vind Rune and I love it, but I noticed something that confuses me.
The pennant has two charges and two of it's skills (Wind's Grasp and Wind Walker) both state that the respective skill can be used once per short/long rest
Because of this, I assumed that it's one charge each for each skill, BUT when I click on Levitate in my Druid's spell list, it says the spell has two charges, even tho I can only cast it once per short/long rest.
I'm just trying to understand how this works, because until know, I just marked off one charge when I used Wind's Grasp, to remember that I've already used it. (our Barbarian and my Druid have a lot of fun with the Barbarian throwing my Druid around xD)

Items can't track multiple types of charges. So yeah, it is a bug.
When in doubt always go with what is written, not what the character sheet does.
Ah, that explains it. Thanks =)
Yeah. At least I can mark both charges off.
