That's awesome thanks! I went ahead and started systematically going through each monster out of the 73 pages of monsters listed under dndbeyond monster page and categorizing their abilities in a spreadsheet. So far I have 106 different attacks, 107 Special Abilities, 63 Legendary actions (This is now completed as you can filter for them under the advanced search), and 19 reactions. The reactions are really hard to find and there don't seem to be very many of them. There isn't a filter for them either and I haven't noticed a pattern as to when their CR level starts for them. I ended up placing these in spreadsheets with each category on a different sheet. I've gone through and removed the creature names for all of them and replaced the names with "this creature" so that it can be transferred to any other creature being made in homebrew. I've then gone through and cleaned up the formating and alphabetized them using filters on the sheets. It is freaken awesome to be able to just scroll through the abilities and pick the ones I want when making a monster.
I think reactions specific to monsters tend to be derived from their physical form more than anything else.
I'm thinking of the Hydra who gets extra attack of opportunities because of its heads, and the Marilith, who gets pretty much the same, as well as an increased parry, for its sexa-wielding (don't forget the "a" in there)
Does anyone have a full list of special traits, actions, reactions, legendary actions and lair actions from all monsters?
It is only features (and probably doesn't have some new ones from volo's and mordy's) but it is a start: https://www.dndbeyond.com/sources/dmg/dungeon-masters-workshop#MonsterFeatures

This is likely correct but it sure would be nice to have a list of them all.
