I am currently playing as a warlock in a campaign and was wondering about the Eldritch Invocations for Eldritch Blast, and some clarification on familiars.
1) When I cast Eldritch Blast can I use all of my invocations at once on the blast or is it limited to just one at a time?
2) When I look through my Pact of the Chain Imp familiar's eyes can my warlock still move around and talk, even though they can't see of hear anything themselves?
1) They all apply. The only limitation is that some of them say "once on each of you turns" which means that it'll happen only once, even if you have two or more blasts.
2) Yes, but it might be awkward.

Canto alla vita alla sua bellezza ad ogni sua ferita ogni sua carezza!
I sing to life and to its tragic beauty To pain and to strife, but all that dances through me The rise and the fall, I've lived through it all!
There are some that say that you can do something in addition to the caveat that some can only happen once. Repelling Blast can happen with each blast or with none of them because of that option, while Grasp of Hadar and Lance of Lethargy can only happen to the target of one of your blasts or not at all (each can be a separate target). Thus, if you have 4 blasts, you can pull one target closer and push the other 3 back while slowing one of those targets.
Agonizing Blast and Eldritch Spear apply to each blast.

1) all at once. Combo to your heart's content.
2) you can walk and talk as successfully as anyone who is blind and deaf (and not very accustomed to it), so not very well but enough for basic tasks.
Thank you for the clarification.
