I have a question, so last night's campaign the druid of the party unknowingly triggered a trap which cast a flesh to stone spell at her, she failed the initial roll so it started to turn her to stone, since she isn't fully stone yet could she have dispelled it or something along those lines as a druid? Could the wizard of the party dispelled it? Or is it once the spell has been cast and is "active" meaning the player is going through the rolls to save or fail do we have to wait for the spell to end before any means of reversing or curing? Thanks for your time.
Flesh to stone can be ended with dispel magic anytime during the 1 minute duration, even if they already failed 3 times and are petrified (there is a chance the spell fails if cast below 6th level). After 1 minute if the petrification becomes permanent, only greater restoration can end it.

Flesh to Stone can be dispelled by Dispel Magic at any time during the spell’s 1 minute duration.

Thank you, that's what we thought and did end up doing but wanted to make sure.
