I know both of these spells call demons and devils respectively, but is there a summons spell for fiends that work with either group like Succubi, incubi, hellhounds, nightmares or night hags?
It doesn't look like it per the RAW, but is there any input from the design gods either way?
Nope, there are only summoning spells for specific creature types: beasts, celestials, devils, demons, fey, and I think you can get plants with awaken. I might be missing a type or two, but certainly all creature types are not accessible through summoning.

Edit: of course I forgot elementals.
With a good feeble mind you can get anything with awaken.
Your comment was also unclear if you meant “anything plant or beast” when you said “anything.”
I’d rather take off topic to PM. But, I was literally continuing your sentence in the same fashion you used. If it was unclear to you, perhaps think of how your own sentences are structured. Anything modified the subject. Your subject was plants.
Actually, Gate will allow you to summon any outsider, or really any type of creature type whatsoever that can be found on another plane. All you need to know is the true name of one specific individual of the species you are trying to summon, and the Gate will open up near them and pull Bob the Incubus through to you on demand. Of course it's a 9th level spell... but at least it doesn't force the creature to automatically be unfriendly to you, like Infernal Calling does.
Arguably the 6th level Planar Ally works the same way, and the "sends a celestial, an elemental, or a fiend loyal to it to aid you" is by way of example instead of an exhaustive list of what sort of creatures the deity might send you.
While both of those spells appear to be able to do what I want, they don't appear to be on the Warlock spell list. Which I appear to have left out of my initial query. I'm wanting to understand if the loophole of the neutral fiends being unsummonable is intentional, or whether it was just overlooked.
Well, the new UA Class Features Revised does add Gate onto the Warlock spell list, but it did neglect to add Planar Ally. Considering that Warlocks are all about beseaching a powerful outsider for aid and do get the other summoning spells, that seems like a pretty big oversight.
I would say that it was probably overlooked, because Yugoloths being summonable and employable is kind of their entire thing.
Thanks for providing a couple of spells that I thought to consider, Chicken_Champ.
Both of these spells are Mystic Arcana level for the warlock. I don't see any problem with asking the DM to allow thematic spells that aren't on your list. Since you have to go the DM intervention route as a warlock anyway, you might even ask to be allowed to summon different fiends with the appropriate CR from the other summoning spells that are on your list.
I don't know much about the differences of the various fiends, but I'd guess that creatures of similar CR would probably not be so much more powerful as to be game ruining. If they are significantly more powerful, then maybe you could only summon non-demons with a CR of 1 less than the value allowed for demons, or maybe you could use a higher level spell slot, or the spell could have increased cast time.
Compare the differences between conjure animals, conjure minor elementals, and conjure woodland beings. Each conjures 1/8-2 CR creatures, but have different spell levels and casting times, essentially due to the differences between the creatures that you can summon.

No, it says beast or plant.
You said “a few plants with awaken.”
I am pointing out evidence that disproves the word “few”.
and my comment was a continuation of the English you used for your sentence structure.

Okay, well thanks, I guess.

I'm going to make this way harder than it needs to be.
