A neothelid has 120 blindsight but also "Creature sense" which says:
The neothelid is aware of the presence of creatures within 1 mile of it that have an Intelligence score of 4 or higher. It knows the distance and direction to each creature, as well as each creature's Intelligence score, but can't sense anything else about it. A creature protected by a mind blank spell, a nondetection spell, or similar magic can't be perceived in this manner.
Im not sure if it would but would the neothelid know when ,for example, a rogue is hiding around a corner?
It says its "aware of the presence", but not "knows their location".
If it knows distance and direction to the creature, then yes, it knows the exact location. If it can see the wall corner then it will know that there is an intelligent creature just behind it.
If the creature is beyond 120ft, then the Neothelid will know the creature's location, but might not be able to see the wider context of that location - there could be an impenetrable wall between the two.

Dear people from dndbeyond,

Any ideas?
