Overkill-Version: Control Weather (making it rain or snow) or Wish...
Else, conjuring permanent materials is not completely within the Wizards portfolio. At least, I do not see anything in the wizard spell list, that you could use creatively to just summon water.
Summon (lesser) elementals is somehow water, but not really...
This is for the purpose of a grung wizard. Which needs to submerge itself in water for 1 hour each day.
Obviously being near water... Or dragging around a barrel of water are options... But I'm looking for some magical means to not have to worry about those things.

Magic item, Alchemy Jug. This helps.

Hello,
Quick and simple question. I've done some looking and found nothing, so I'm hoping I am missing something.
Is there any means for a Wizard to create water in really any fashion?
Without the use of the Magic Initiate feat (Cleric+Druid)
Thanks!
