Everytime I multiclass into wizard and see the "spellcasting" feature it said "this feature is affected by multiclass... see below... something something something." But I don't see any rules for multiclass below
Edit: Specifically it says "This feature is affected by multiclassing. See the Multiclassing rules for more information." And as you can see from me copying it - the word "Multiclassing" in the quote is a link to the rules but in the builder it doesn't show as blue so it's difficult to notice without hovering over it.

Yes it does everything according to RAW. So it sets your spell slots as well as the number of spells you can prepare / learn / etc..
