also, Sorcerers are not ritual casters, so you can't cast Find Familiar as a ritual as a sorcerer. A minor point here, but...

Trying to get your physical content on Beyond is like going to Microsoft and saying "I have a physical Playstation disk, give me a digital Xbox version!"
Darn. Thought I could be some kind of nature sorceror with a menagerie.
I'd suggest talking to your DM. There may be a Homebrew subclass they will allow, or perhaps they would be willing to work with you to make one.
Alternately, Bard would give you access to Animal Friendship, Locate Plants & Animals, and Speak with Animals. Or Druid would give you these plus, Conjure Animals. You might ask your DM for a ruling on whether you can conjure the same, specific entity each time you use this spell. "Nature sorcerer" makes me think of druids. Alternately, You could work on boosting your wisdom score and get the Animal Handling skill. There are a number of third party publications centered on Animal Companions available from the Dungeon Masters Guild here:https://www.dmsguild.com/browse.php?keywords=animal companion

So this kind of breaks into 2 questions:
1. Can you use meta magic to twin spell a ritual spell, or a spell gained through the magic initiate feat?
2. Could you twin spell "Find Familiar"?
(1) I'm not aware of anything that explicitly prevents metamagic from being used on a ritual spell, so long as the metamagic cost is properly paid.
Update: Sageadvice "Metamagic works with any spell that sorcerers cast" including ritual spells.
(2) No. Twin Spell can only be used on a spell that has a target. Find Familiar does not have a target, only an effect.

Sorcerors can become ritual casters by taking the feat Ritual Caster.
