When multiclassing in different spellcasting classes, the spell level you can learn is still constrained by those classes taken singularly. So, for example, you will not be able to learn 2nd level spells from the sorcerer list until you take 3 levels of sorcerer.

In particular, note that while the individual-class-level limit applies to spells known, you do have the higher-level spell slots which you can use to cast your lower-level spells. So, if you know magic missile as a level 1 sorcerer spell, at 5th character level, you can cast that using a 2nd-level slot (giving you an extra dart).

Hi everybody.
I now have paladin 4lvl /sorcerer 1lvl
For multiclass spell slots table i have 3 lvl ( paladin lvl / 2 + sorcerer lvl )
So i have 4spels 1st and 2spels 2nd lvl.
So the question ... Can my character cast 2nd lvl spels from paladin and sorcerer as i have 2nd lvl slots?
Dndbeyond system do not allow me to get known 2nd lvl spells.

Thank you. Now its clear.
